Ways of working together
I offer day and evening appointments online, by telephone or face to face in a peaceful, private setting with on-site parking. I also offer Outdoor Therapy, (Walk and Talk), if you feel that would be a better option for you. You are welcome to change between different way of working as we work together, if your circumstances or needs change.
Face to face
Face to face counselling is the traditional way to work and involves sitting together in a room that offers confidentiality and a safe space.
Telephone Calls
You might prefer a phone call, this is great for xyz – and means you can bla bla bla
Online Appointments
I offer 30min and 1hr video calls via Teams or Zoom, with flexible times that suit you – from the comfort of your own home. Telephone therapy and online therapy can be convenient for you and a good option, they do however require you to find your own confidential space to talk.
Walk and talk
A different way of working that has also become popular is outdoor therapy or Walk and Talk. This can be a good choice for people who may find it easier to talk in the outdoors among nature or while walking side by side. It is a good way of combining the benefits of being outdoors with the benefits of talking therapy.
